Fabrik Games is looking for an experienced Producer to work on an exciting AAA sci-
fi/horror project. As an integral part of the production process, you’ll work closely with the
Game Director to deliver a high-quality title on time and in budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Game Director in project direction, scope, and milestone planning

• Create and maintain project schedules and status reports

• Ownership of sprint and milestone planning

• Identify issues and risks to reduce impact on quality, schedule, and budget

• Report progress to the team and studio management

• Manage the project budget

• Create a healthy and high-performing team culture

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in a game production role

• A track record of completed projects from concept to release

• Expert knowledge of project management practices (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)

• Experience of MS Project, Jira, and Excel

• Knowledge of version control software (Perforce is preferred)

• Outstanding communication skills

• Friendly and approachable personality

• Energetic and positive attitude

• Proactive and entrepreneurial

• Must be able to work well under pressure

• Ability to work and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organisation

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

• Scrum Master certification desirable

• Experience working with external service providers (e.g. art, audio, localisation, QA,
  etc.)
