Fabrik Games is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Junior Level Designer to work on an exciting AAA sci-fi/horror project. We have a small collaborative level design team working on big projects, so we are looking for a Junior Level Designer that can learn quickly, take ownership of levels, and fit in with the existing team ethos. There is ample opportunity at Fabrik to grow and develop your skills as a Level Designer.


  • Collaborate with the design and art team to create exciting and immersive levels

  • Maintain the vision of the game throughout development

  • Iterate and craft your levels to a high standard

  • Respond well to feedback from all areas of the team

  • Work closely with the design team to create memorable encounters

  • Test your own and other team members work to ensure the game is to a high standard of quality throughout development


  • University graduate or equivalent (City & Guilds)

  • +1 year industry experience as a Junior Level Designer

  • Good knowledge of the level design process

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Good knowledge of Unreal Engine 4

  • Basic knowledge of blueprint scripting in Unreal Engine 4


  • Experience with working in a team

  • Experience working on first person shooters is a bonus

  • Experience working with modular environment kit

  • Interest in horror and first person shooters
